The Challenge

Being at the forefront of technology is one of BN's core values. When 'event tech' started trending, BN was one of the first organisations to adopt it. For their prestigious 2019 annual event, Senior Community Planning Manager Isaac Young engaged Micepad to deliver cutting-edge audience engagement experiences for 300+ attendees.

The Solution

This was a particularly exciting event, as Micepad had just launched the brand new v.8 platform with new features, tracking and data analytics. Upgrades had been made to the interactive features — particularly the polling, Q&A and word cloud functions. As Isaac noted: 'Micepad has outdone itself yet again. We had asked for more data reporting and a better word cloud projector and they really did make it happen.'

Results

The event was a great success with 100% app downloads among attendees. The upgraded word cloud and polling features drove significant engagement, with 120 word clouds generated throughout the event. The enhanced data reporting gave BN deeper insights into attendee engagement and session performance.
